A 1,300 pupil secondary school, Regent High School was part of Camden Council’s regeneration plan. Part demolition refurbishment and part new build, the new school has a large outdoor learning area, while and the use of the building for community spaces create a safe and inviting learning environment.

Neasden Primary School

A fully prefabricated modular build, the Neasden Primary School houses 280 pupils and a 26 place nursery. The project required demolition of the existing school building and the construction of a new 1,598m2 building, which took just ten days to erect on-site.

The Curve, Teesside University

A flagship development for Teesside University, the teaching and conference building ‘The Curve’, provides a vibrant focal point at the heart of the university. Set over five floors, it provides a 150 seat lecture theatre and 1,476m2 of flexible teaching and learning space, set around landscaping for both students and the wider community.

Community Engagement: Manchester City FA

BAM constructed the new youth development and first team training facility for Manchester City FC. It includes a new academy for up to 400 youth players, 16.5 football pitches, a 7,000 capacity stadium and dedicated offices and media rooms.

Seven Pancras Sqaure

Part refurbishment and part new build, Seven Pancras Square provides 30,297 sq ft of BREEAM Excellent office space, club rooms and meeting space over five floors. An existing Grade ll listed building, known as the Stanley Building, was refurbished and then a new office building constructed, wrapping around it and joined to the heritage structure by an open, glass atrium.
