During her nine years at BAM, Penny has designed and delivered Community Engagement Plans on many high-profile projects including Leeds Arena, One Angel Square and Manchester City Football Academy.
She has helped to build strong links between BAM and the local communities in which we work, addressing issues such as homelessness, unemployment and social mobility. Through collaborative and innovative working, we have seen small initiatives grow into meaningful projects that help people to develop new skills and make a new start. We are proud to support these grass-root partners, who make a real difference to local communities.
Penny is now helping to develop an international approach to enhancing lives using the lessons learned at a local level to inspire others to enhance lives on a broader scale.
