Passionate about innovation in sustainable construction, Julia helps to deliver a high quality BREEAM and sustainability consultancy service to our customers, in a friendly and professional manner.
She steps into the role of Sustainability Advisor, after excelling in the Assistant Environmental Advisor role at BAM. Her keen interest for sustainability stems from her degree in Biological Science and her first role as an intern, conducting ecological surveys before joining BAM in December 2012.
Working with Hardip, Julia conducts BREEAM assessments using Tracker Plus software to help simplify the BREEAM assessment throughout the construction process. She also reviews BAM Post Occupancy Evaluation studies to share valuable facilities management data across all BAM business units, to continue to improve design, construction and facilities management at BAM.
Julia’s memberships and major achievements:
- Graduate member of IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment)
- 1st Class BSc (Hons) degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Bristol
- Lead on development of project case studies for sustainability microsite
- Assists in managing BREEAM projects at BAM
