Regent High School, a 1,300 pupil secondary school, was part of Camden Council’s regeneration plan. The project involved part demolition and refurbishment, as well as significant new build, and now includes large outdoor learning and community spaces that create a safe and inviting learning environment.

Neasden Primary School

Sustainable design

A fully prefabricated modular build, the Neasden Primary School houses 280 pupils and a 26 place nursery. The project required demolition of the existing school building and the construction of a new 1,598m2 building, which took just ten days to erect on-site.

A flagship development for Teesside University, the teaching and conference building ‘The Curve’, provides a vibrant focal point at the heart of the university. Set over five floors, it provides a 150 seat lecture theatre and 1,476m2 of flexible teaching and learning space, set around landscaping for both students and the wider community.

The new Scottish Water national headquarters is a three storey, 7,300m2 building accommodating 600 staff. This ultra-sustainable building incorporates office space and meeting rooms around a large central atrium. The building is being hailed as the most environmentally friendly building of its kind.

ARK Brunel Primary Academy

The new ARK Brunel Primary Academy is constructed from Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels, providing a warm and inspiring environment for 420 pupils, including 16 place special needs and 40 nursery places. The new building uses various levels to offer increased outdoor play and teaching areas, providing a flexible learning environment.
